Patrisha “Patte” Lee, CFP®
Financial Planner
Patte has over 15 years of experience helping families create and preserve their wealth and achieve financial balance. Approximately 80% of her clients are women and she is passionate about educating and empowering them to take control of their finances. In fact, she teaches a class in SMU’s Continuing Education Program called “Financial Literacy for Women”. As Patte often says, “We work with women and the people they love”. She also has a passion for helping young people get a “solid financial start in life.” She also teaches insurance for the new SMU Paraplanner program and for the SMU CFP certificate program.
In addition to obtaining the Certified Financial Planner credential (CFP®), she has also received training as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. Patte received her BBA from Howard University in Washington, DC and her MBA from Georgia State University.
Patte offers full-service investment and insurance services to families and small businesses including Retirement Plans and Disability, Life, and Long Term Care insurance.
She is active in the community serving on the Greeting Team at Munger Place church and also co-leading a small group there; is on the board for the Dallas chapter of the LPGA Amateur Golf Association, and a supporter and sponsor of Attorneys Serving the Community (ascdallas.com). Patte is also on the Advisory Board for Communities Foundation of Texas.
In her spare time, you’ll find her on a golf course locally or traveling to play golf.
